Contest entry form and rules
1. Review the rules (PDF) This media contest is designed to increase teen on-the-job safety awareness through creative videos or graphic designs that would catch the attention of high school teens and convince them to take the Oregon OSHA Heat Illness Prevention Online Course as a great way to learn how to stay safe and healthy on the job. By entering this contest, entrants agree to abide by all rules.
2. Entrants must submit entries online.
3. Complete the Permission form if participant is under 18 years of age.
4. Before you submit your entry, you can use this checklist (PDF) to make sure you have met all of the requirements.
The deadline for submission is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2026.
